Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 1 year, 20 lbs

Personality: Jupiter is pretty laid back and can be a bit shy at first.  One of his favorte things to do is to just lie around on the couch and chill.  He's fine with small dogs but he can't live with cats.  Jupiter should be in an adult only household.  He's currently working on potty training and crate-training in his foster home and both are coming along nicely.

Sex/Age/Weight: Female/spayed, 1 year, 6 lbs

Personality:  Peppermint is DEAF, but she does not let that slow her down!  She is outgoing, friendly, playful, energetic. Peppermint is fine with dogs, cats,  and older kids.  Just rescued, more info to follow.

Personality:  Pancake is a bit shy at first.  She likes to play with toys. Fine with dogs, kids 10+, probably cats. Just rescued, more info to follow.

Personality:  Noodle appears to be a very calm dog. He's fine with dogs, kids 10+, probably cats.  This boy loves to gives kisses. Just rescued, more info to follow.

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 6-7 years, 20 lbs

Personality:  Pruneface is friendly, calm, easy going, and gentle. Pruneface is a very attentive dog, even likes to watch TV!  He's fine with dogs, cats and older kids.  His preference is to be with his human pack, whether it's going for walks, car rides or just chilling at home. Sweet and affectionate, Pruneface loves physical attention.  This guy is a real charmer.

Personality:  Adoring and affectionate girl who loves human companionship. Delighted by tummy rubs. Loves squeaky toys. Playful, but settles down quietly at the appropriate time. Bright and animated. Works for food!  Housebroken. Knows many commands.

Mix/Breed: Chihuahua mix

Sex/Age/Weight: Female/spayed, 1 year, 10 lbs

Personality:  Giselle is a sweet long-legged bundle of happiness.  She is adjusting well in her foster home with her foster mom's two terriers and cat.  She is crate trained and is quick to learn the foster home's routine.  She is so excited to be in home and just wants to be near you.  She sleeps in her own dog bed.  So many new things to learn, and Giselle is adapting well.

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 8 months, 20 lbs grown

Personality:  Turbo is house trained, crate trained and leash trained.  He is a very sweet and extremely intelligent dog.  He loves to be with you all the time, and will follow you where ever you go.  He loves to sit with you in the evening and sleep in your lap if you will let him.  He is not a typical high energy puppy. He just wants to be with someone and enjoys just being around people and other dogs.  He also loves children and is great with them.  He is also great with other dogs and always wants to play with them, he usually attempts to herd them!

Mix/Breed:  Chihuahua mix

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 4.5 years, 10 lbs

Personality:  Chili is a cool little dog. He's super cute and energetic, but when he's tired of playing, he'll retreat happily to his bed.  Appears to be housebroken.  Chili is fine with dogs and probably cats.  He would be best in an adult only household.

Mix/Breed:  German Shepherd

Sex/Age/Weight: Female/spayed, 7 years, 90 lbs

Personality: Pearl is lady is full of tricks! She knows sit, down, shake. She loves to have her belly rubbed and go on walks. As with this breed type, Pearl is very intelligent.  She is also very gentle. Pearl is good with dogs, kids and cats!

Mix/Breed:  Spaniel mix

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 2 years, 15 lbs grown

Personality: Sergeant Sausage is a little shy and would be best in a home with another playful dog to bring him out of his shell and show him the ropes.  He's doing well on his potty training in his foster home.  Loves to snuggle with his canine pal in his temporary home and is also fine with cats.    Given his size and shyness, he would be best in a home with older kids.  Sausage is still very puppy-like for his age and he would be a great addition for the 'right' family.

Mix/Breed:  German Shepherd mix

Sex/Age/Weight:Male/neutered, 1.5 years, 80 lbs

Personality: Bruno has lots of energy and needs experienced person/family willing to train him.  He's friendly, loves to play ball and is great at the dog park.  Bruno also knows some basic commands and is fast learner.  He would be fine in a home with other dogs, older kids, but no cats please.

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 9 months, 15 lbs grown

Personality:  Sammy is a real sweet young man.  He enjoys the company of other dogs, and is good with older kids.  He can be a bit reserved when in new situations, but soon warms up and becomes playful and outgoing. He likes to give kisses.  Sammy might be ok with cats, but we can’t say for sure. Just rescued, more info to follow.

Name: Baxter

Mix/Breed: TreeWalker Hound

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 8 years, 55 lbs

Personality:  Baxter is a very sweet adult dog. He is a very happy-go-lucky guy who enjoys being with people and other dogs immensely.  He uses a doggie door, has great house manners and is just happy to be part of his foster family. Although Baxter is a bit more hesitant with men and therefore would thrive in either a women-only household or with a family that can take the time to make him feel more secure and trusting of men.  He also needs a home without children.  Baxter loves attention and he'll greet everyone he meets hoping for a pat on the head.  The great thing about Baxter is that he's young enough to be lively and interested in the world around him but old enough to know his manners and be an easy to care for dog.
